For example mobile claim payment which was Launched in 22 city zones in Tehran and all other provinces throughout the country ,is quite to the benefit of insurance customers. He pointed out the plan for claim settlement in 20 minutes in Bimeh Iran, and said in this plan will bring about a Kind of competitive market be heavier in the insurance industry. Mr.sahamian added that a good customer service does not necessitate physical presence of underwriter and the insured at an office, it could be using electronic services to be rendered every where at any Time.
